Lesley joined Mackenzie in 2021. She oversees approximately 80 investment professionals involved in the day-to-day management across the firm’s 11 fundamental equity boutiques. Lesley is a seasoned investment leader with more than 25 years of experience across asset and wealth management, including 22 years at a leading Canadian bank. She had previously established an extensive successful track record as a portfolio manager of Canadian equity portfolios. She is currently Chair of the Crescent School Foundation board, sits on the advisory board of the Institute for Sustainable Finance and is a member of the finance and risk committee for Kids Help Phone.

Lesley earned a BComm from Queen’s University and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business. She is also a CFA charterholder.
